Smart Cities Mission Achieves 93% Project Completion

The Smart Cities Mission has achieved 93% completion of 8,063 projects and 100% completion of Integrated Command and Control Centers (ICCCs), as per a NITI Aayog report.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs conducted a self-assessment of 100 smart cities using the ICCC Maturity Assessment Framework (IMAF 2.0) to identify gaps and improve operations.
The ministry has documented and shared best practices and pilot projects to enable replication across cities under the Smart Cities Mission.
