The White House announced it looks forward to Senate action on confirming Kevin Warsh as the next Federal Reserve chair.
President Donald Trump said he will be satisfied once Warsh is confirmed to the Fed chair position.
The administration noted that the inspector general has tools to investigate Fed chair renovations, referencing a probe into Jerome Powell’s alleged overspending.
