Gasoline index surged 21.2% M/M, pushing retail gasoline prices above $4 per gallon for first time in three years.
US stock futures edged higher (Dow +0.1%, S&P +0.1%, Nasdaq +0.2%) and oil prices fell modestly as Brent slipped to $95.51/bbl.
