US Central Command announced Marines boarded commercial vessel M/V Blue Star III in Arabian Sea on Tuesday.
The boarding was conducted to verify the vessel would not dock at an Iranian port, per US Central Command.
After confirmation, the Marines released the vessel and allowed it to continue its voyage.
