This communication is an update to a previous disclosure made on September 02, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The Company had previously informed the exchanges about receiving an order dated August 29, 2026, from the Office of the Superintendent of Stamps, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This order levied stamp duty and penalties on the Company totaling ₹59,50,00,000 (Rupees Fifty-Nine Crore Fifty Lakh only).
The duty and penalties are in respect of a Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) that was sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, via its order dated September 21, 2022.
