Abans Enterprises Ltd withdraws scheme to amalgamate its wholly-owned subsidiary Abans Jewels Ltd, approved by its board and audit committee.
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench has disposed of the application as withdrawn following the companies' resolutions.
The withdrawal was intimated to the stock exchanges under SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30).
