ABB India Customs Penalty Order Rs. 19.45 Lakh

ABB India received a customs penalty order of Rs. 17,68,303 and redemption fine of Rs. 1,77,000 from Bengaluru customs.
The order dated March 24, 2026 relates to mis-declared value of goods under the Customs Act, 1962.
ABB India plans to appeal the order and expects no material financial impact on the company.
