NCLAT dismissed Abhinandan Complex's appeal against NCLT Guwahati's order rejecting its intervention application in a company petition.
The dismissal was due to appellant's concealment of prior defective filings and failure to meet shareholding requirements under Companies Act 2013.
Appellant claimed ₹16.71 crore investment for 33.33% stake in Goldstone Cements, alleging stake dilution to 1.62% by Jain and More Groups.
