Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited discloses a GST demand order of ₹310.13 crore issued by Bangalore-East Commissionerate dated March 30, 2026.
The order covers tax of ₹59.07 crore, interest of ₹23.81 crore, and penalty of ₹227.26 crore for FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23 relating to ITC-related violations.
The order is technically in the name of ABFRL but pertains to business demerged into ABLBL effective May 1, 2025; company plans to appeal.
