ACME Resources Appoints Azharuddin & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

ACME Resources appointed M/s. Azharuddin & Associates as Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor.
The appointment was approved by the Board on May 6, 2026, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation for FY 2025-26.
The new auditor provided a certificate confirming their eligibility and lack of substantial conflict of interest for the role.
