Adani Total Gas ESG Score Revised to 84.0

Adani Total Gas Limited has made a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular reference number HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.

The company informed that CARE ESG Ratings Limited, as part of its annual surveillance exercise, has revised the ESG Score assigned to the company. The ESG Score has been increased from "83.3" to "84.0".

The ESG rating assigned to the company continues to remain "Care Edge – ESG 1+". This rating symbol denotes a leadership position in managing ESG risk through best-in-class disclosures, policies and performance.
