Aditya Birla Capital Ltd withdrew its insolvency petition against Karthik Travels Pvt Ltd.
The petition was withdrawn after Karthik Travels paid the overdue amount of Rs 89.75 lakhs.
The National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai, disposed of the case as withdrawn.
The hearing was conducted on 21 April 2026 via video conferencing.
