The repayment was achieved through the sale of property under the SARFAESI Act, which the respondent claims was improperly conducted.
The National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, permitted the withdrawal and disposed of the petition.
The case CP(IB)/9(CHE)/2025 was heard on 21 April 2026 and involved legal counsel from both parties.
