Remaining Rs 4,00,00,000 to be paid in 13 monthly installments of Rs 27,50,400 each, commencing 15‑06‑2026 and ending 15‑06‑2027, with interest at 18% per annum.
GST Clause: The first party will issue invoices for Rs 1,76,50,000; the second party must refund GST on those invoices.
Withdrawal of Cases: Second party to withdraw Civil Suit Nos.7322/2025 and 7282/2025 and all other criminal/civil complaints; first party to withdraw all suits and complaints it has filed against the second party.
Quashing FIR: Both parties will cooperate to have FIR No.61/2026 quashed in pending CRM‑M 15622 of 2026 before the High Court.
Enforceability: Settlement deed is deemed a decree and legally enforceable; parties may present it before any competent authority.
Corrective Actions & Future Obligations
