While the financial statements for FY ended 31 March 2026 were adopted on 24 July 2026 and the Annual Report has been finalized, additional time is required for completing remaining AGM-related procedural requirements. These include coordination with the RTA, finalization of shareholder data, e-voting arrangements, and dispatch of AGM Notice and Annual Report.
The application in e-Form GNL-1 was proposed to be filed on 22nd August 2026. The company stated there is no adverse impact on its operations or financial position, noting that audited financial results for FY ended 31st March 2026 have already been approved and published under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), 2015.
