Afcom Holdings Appoints S.A.E. & Associates as Auditors

Afcom Holdings shareholders approved the appointment of S.A.E. & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years via postal ballot.
The remote e-voting process occurred from April 9 to May 8, 2026, with 46,84,907 total equity shares voted.
The resolution passed unanimously with 100% of the valid 46,60,787 votes cast in favor of the appointment.
Ms. Sri Vidhya Kumar was the appointed Scrutinizer for the process, which was conducted in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations.
