AGI Infra Gets GMADA License for Utopia Project

AGI Infra Limited received License No. LDC-101/2026 from GMADA on April 1, 2026 for Group Housing Colony 'Utopia by AGI' in New Chandigarh.
The project spans 10.26 acres with ~31.93 lakh sqft saleable area comprising 661 residential flats (3BHK, 4BHK, 5BHK); license valid until March 30, 2031.
This is AGI Infra's maiden project in New Chandigarh, expected to enhance company revenue and profits from flat sales.
