Company's Clarification
- The company clarifies that it was not required to submit Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
- This is because Shri Tulsi Phosphate Limited, which was earlier an Associate Company of Agro Phos (India) Limited, ceased to be an Associate Company with effect from 31st December 2025.
- As on 30th June 2026, the company did not have any subsidiary, associate, or joint venture requiring the consolidation of financial results.
- Consequently, only the Standalone Financial Results were submitted for the quarter, and Consolidated Financial Results were not applicable for the period.
