Trading Window Closure
The company has intimated the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities.
Closure Period: The trading window will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY2027).
Applicability: The closure applies to Directors, Officers, all Designated Employees of the company, and their immediate relatives. It also includes persons having a contractual and fiduciary relationship with the company, such as Auditors, law firms, analysts, and consultants.
Exemption: The trading window closure is not applicable to general investors, for whom trading will remain open.
Board Meeting: The date of the board meeting to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, will be communicated in due course.
Regulatory Reference: The closure is pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct.
