Aidem Ventures Seeks NCLAT Appeal Defect Extension

Aidem Ventures filed an application to NCLAT requesting an extension for curing defects in its appeal memo.
The appeal was initially e-filed on 26 March 2026, with defects intimated by the NCLAT office on 06 April 2026.
The Appellant re-filed the appeal on 20 April 2026, resulting in a 7-day delay from the defect notification.
NCLAT Deputy Registrar condoned the 7-day delay and directed the case be listed for admission hearing.
