Air India Boeing 787 Grounded Over Fuel Switch Malfunction

Air India Boeing 787-8 aircraft VT-ANX grounded on February 2, 2026 due to left Fuel Control Switch malfunction.
OEM inspection concluded switch was mechanically functional as designed and considered serviceable.
DGCA directed further inspection of Fuel Control Switch at OEM facility in presence of its officers.
