Ajanta Pharma's Board reappointed three audit firms for FY 2026-27 during its meeting on May 5, 2026.
Aneja Assurance Pvt. Ltd. was reappointed as Internal Auditors, an experienced Mumbai-based firm specializing in risk advisory.
RA & Co. was reappointed as Cost Auditors and R S Sanghai & Associates as Tax Auditors, both subject to regulatory provisions.
