Regulatory Compliance Disclosure
Akme Fintrade (India) Limited has issued a regulatory intimation to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The company is notifying shareholders about the impending transfer of unclaimed and unpaid dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
IEPF Transfer Process
- Unpaid or unclaimed dividends for a period of seven years are required to be transferred to IEPF as per Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013
- Shares in respect of which unpaid dividend has been transferred to IEPF shall also be transferred to IEPF as per Section 124(6)
- The transfer follows Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016
- Deadline for shareholders to claim dividends: January 5, 2027
- Total amount of unclaimed dividends: ₹8,866
Shareholder Claim Requirements
Shareholders must submit the following documents to the Company or Bigshare Services Private Limited (RTA) before January 5, 2027:
- Completed Letter of Undertaking duly filled and signed
- Self-attested copy of PAN Card and Address Proof
- Copy of Cancelled Cheque
- Signature duly attested by banker
Alternatively, shareholders can claim from IEPF Authority by making application in Form IEPF-5 online and sending physical copy to the Company or RTA for verification.
