Supreme Court heard Transfer Petition No. 355/2026 between Alethea Infotel Private Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank on 15 May 2026.
Justice N.V. Anjaria, with counsel for both sides, noted parties' willingness to settle and directed referral to Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
The mediation process will be scheduled by the Centre, aiming to resolve the dispute without further litigation in court.
