NCLAT adjourned an insolvency appeal filed by Amit Chandrashekhar Poddar against V Square and Bombay Road Carrier.
The case was listed for further hearing on 25th May 2026 due to time constraints.
The order was passed by a bench comprising Justice Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan and Naresh Salecha.
