Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Mr. Harsh Kumar Goyal (FCS: 3314) of Harsh Goyal & Associates was appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors at its meeting on 29th August 2026. His role was to scrutinize the remote e-voting and voting at the AGM by ballot papers. The remote e-voting results were unblocked by the Scrutinizer on 26th September 2026 in the presence of two witnesses.
