- Smt. Kanta Devi, Non-Executive Woman Director, informed the company she had inadvertently obtained two Director Identification Numbers: 08682540 and 07185431.
- The Regional Director, Delhi (Northern Region) issued an order to disable DIN 08682540 and retain DIN 07185431 for all subsequent filings.
- The company had previously intimated her appointment as Additional Director on 05th February 2026 and her designation as Non-Executive Woman Director on 12th February 2026 using DIN 08682540.
- The company requests all exchanges and authorities to now use DIN 07185431 for all records pertaining to Smt. Kanta Devi.

- Per Hon'ble NCLAT order dated 07th January 2026, the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC 2016 is confined to the company's Lucknow and Rajasthan projects.

- The Serene Residency Group Housing Project, situated at Sector ETA–II, Greater Noida, U.P, is managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, Resolution Professional.
- The Resolution Plan for this project was approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, Bench II on 06th October 2025.
- The Fernhill Project, situated at District Gurgaon, Haryana, is also managed by a Resolution Professional (implied).
