• Hon'ble Supreme Court disposed of Civil Appeal Nos.807-808/2026, declining to interfere with NCLAT's order on CIRP proceedings.
• The Court noted an undertaking from erstwhile promoters to extend full cooperation in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
• CIRP proceedings for Lucknow and Rajasthan projects shall proceed expeditiously in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
• A connected Writ Petition (C) No.453/2026 filed by homebuyers association was also disposed of by the Supreme Court.
