Anthem Diagnostics 4-Day Delay Condonation by NCLT

NCLT Chennai condoned a 4-day delay in filing a counter for Anthem Diagnostics Pvt Ltd.
The tribunal allowed two interlocutory applications (IA/94/2026 and IA/95/2026) seeking the delay condonation.
The bench accepted the reasons for delay provided in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the application.
The reply annexed to the application was taken on record and both IAs were disposed of.
