Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd filed two appeals against Interim Resolution Professionals of Xrbia Warai Developers and Xrbia North Hinjewadi Developers.
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal listed both appeals for hearing on 12th May 2026 and extended the interim order.
