NCLT Allahabad accepts the 2nd progress report from the IRP for Arora Iron & Steel's CIRP against JKEW Forgings.
The NCLAT has stayed further CIRP steps pending an appeal against the admission order, allowing only claim collation.
The matter is adjourned to 17th November 2026 for the next hearing in the main insolvency petition.
