- NHAI will withdraw the suspension against the company
- NHAI has confirmed that no debarment action shall be taken against the company
- The company has agreed to pay ₹1.04 crore (Rupees One Crore Four Lakhs only) to NHAI
- The settlement amount of ₹1.04 crore was deposited with NHAI on July 09, 2026
