Ashoka Multiyarn Mills NCLT Hearing Adjourned

NCLT Jaipur Bench adjourns hearing in Union Bank of India insolvency petition against Ashoka Multiyarn Mills.
The hearing was postponed due to the leave of absence of the Hon'ble Member (Technical) on 06.04.2026.
The matter under Section 7 of the IBC, 2016 has been rescheduled for a new hearing date of 27.04.2026.
