Asian Granito India Limited has submitted a formal response to the BSE Surveillance Department regarding the significant increase in trading volume of the company's securities. The clarification was prompted by BSE's letter reference number L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2026-2027/437 dated 13 October, 2026.

The company confirms that it has been making timely disclosures of all material events and information in accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations).

Based on internal review and currently available information, the company states that it is not aware of any material event, information, or development - including any impending announcement - that has not already been disclosed to the stock exchanges and that could explain the recent increase in trading volume.

The company concludes that the observed increase in trading volume appears to be market-driven rather than driven by undisclosed material information. Asian Granito reaffirms its commitment to comply with SEBI LODR Regulations and continue making required disclosures of material events and information to stock exchanges as required under applicable law.

The letter is signed by Kamleshkumar B. Patel, Chairman and Managing Director (DIN: 00229700), on behalf of Asian Granito India Limited, and requests the BSE to take the clarification on record.
