Asian Star discloses a director resignation at its Dubai subsidiary, Asian Star FZCO, under SEBI Regulation 30.
Mr. Nareshkumar Ramanlal Darji resigned effective May 14, 2026, to align with UAE AML compliance requirements.
The change was made to avoid a potential conflict of interest as he remains the subsidiary's Compliance Officer.
No new director was appointed, and the resignation is effective immediately as per the attached annexure.
