Atlanta Electricals Subsidiary Appoints Two Independent Directors

Atlanta Electricals intimates BSE/NSE of Independent Director appointments at its material unlisted subsidiary, Atlanta Trafo Limited.
Shareholders approved Mr. Dukhabandhu Rath and Mrs. Jinkal Darshan Patel as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms.
Both appointees are existing Independent Directors of the parent company and are not related to any other directors.
The appointments are made in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, specifically Regulation 24(1).
