Regulatory Compliance Update
The company received a communication from BSE Limited dated December 16, 2025, regarding imposition of a fine of ₹53,100 (Rupees Fifty-Three Thousand One Hundred Only), inclusive of GST. This fine was levied for non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company had previously intimated this matter to the exchanges via letter dated December 17, 2025. Subsequently, the company filed a waiver application with BSE on December 23, 2025.
Waiver Outcome
The company has received an email communication from BSE dated May 25, 2026, approving the waiver application for the aforesaid fine amounting to ₹53,100 (Rupees Fifty-Three Thousand One Hundred Only), inclusive of GST. The waiver provides full relief from the financial penalty originally levied.
