Avance Technologies intimated BSE of statutory auditor Rishi Sekhri & Associates' resignation effective 24 April 2026.
Resignation was due to serious medical conditions preventing the auditor from performing statutory duties effectively.
The board will appoint a new auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by this resignation.
