Avasara Finance Limited Postal Ballot Name Change

Avasara Finance Limited Board approved a postal ballot for changing the company name to BYLD Capital Finance Limited.
The Board also approved the regularization of Mr. Venkatraman Venkitachalam and Mr. Eugene Oommen Koshy as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors.
M/s Priti J Sheth & Associates was appointed as the Scrutinizer, and CDSL will provide the e-voting facility for the postal ballot.
