Avi Products Appoints SARA Associates as Statutory Auditor

Avi Products India Ltd filed a revised Board Meeting outcome dated 27th March 2026 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
M/s. S A R A and Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 120927W) appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill casual vacancy caused by prior auditor's resignation.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval; all other points of the original Board Meeting outcome remain unchanged.
