Supreme Court condoned delay in refiling for M/S B Patel & Company's special leave petitions.
The Court found no ground to interfere with High Court judgments dated 17‑12‑2025 in AFO No.354/2024, AFO No.355/2024, and CR No.90/2022.
Consequently, all special leave petitions were dismissed and any pending applications were ordered disposed of.
