Baba Arts Announces Special Window for Physical Shares

Baba Arts Limited published a notice in newspapers regarding SEBI's special window for re-lodgement of physical share transfer requests.
The special window is open from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, for requests previously rejected due to documentation errors.
All re-lodged shares will be issued only in demat form, with processing handled by registrar MUFG Intime India.
