Bajaj Finserv Re-appoints KKC & Associates as Auditors

Bajaj Finserv Limited re-appoints KKC & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
The re-appointment covers audits from the conclusion of the 19th AGM until the 24th AGM, for financial years up to 31 March 2031.
The decision was approved by the Board based on the Audit Committee's recommendation during a meeting held on 30 April 2026.
