Balaji Amines Limited has responded to a clarification sought by BSE Surveillance regarding significant increase in trading volume of the company's scrip across exchanges in the recent past. The query was initiated through BSE letter no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/2026-2027/107 dated 3rd June, 2026.

The company stated that it has not withheld any material information or event that requires disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company further confirmed that there is no other material information or event that would have a bearing on the price or volume behavior of the company's scrip.

The increase in both price and volume of the company's scrip is attributed to being purely market-driven and due to prevailing market conditions. The company reiterated its adherence to the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and committed to keeping stock exchanges informed of any material events or information as required under these regulations, as and when such events occur.
