Supreme Court dismissed Civil Appeals Nos.10878-10879/2025 filed by Shri Balaji Hi Tech Constructions Pvt. Ltd against Ranjeet Singh.
Court found no grounds to interfere with the NCDRC order (MA/43/2025, IA/1654/2025, Consumer Complaint No.1997/2016).
Interim order dated 18.08.2025 was vacated and any pending applications were ordered to stand disposed.
