IEPF Transfer Process:
- Unpaid dividends for seven consecutive years (2019-20 to 2025-26) will be transferred to IEPF Authority
- Shareholders must claim dividends by submitting Application-cum-undertaking Form to KFin Technologies Limited by 25th November, 2026
- If no claim is received, shares will be transferred to IEPF Demat account without further notice
- All future benefits on such shares will also be transferred to IEPF
- No claims shall lie against the company after transfer to IEPF
Physical Share Handling:
- For physical shares, new share certificates will be issued for IEPF transfer
- Original share certificates will be automatically cancelled and deemed non-negotiable
Deceased Shareholders:
- Legal heirs must follow transmission procedure per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated 6th February, 2026
