Shareholder Communication & KYC Update
Balrampur Chini Mills Limited has issued a reminder intimation to holders of physical securities pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 6th, 2026. The communication requests physical shareholders to update/submit their PAN, KYC details, and Nomination details with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company.
Physical Security Holders who have not updated their PAN, Postal Address with PIN Code, Email address, Mobile number, Specimen Signature, Bank account details, and Nomination details shall not be eligible to lodge grievance or avail any service request from the Company's RTA.
With effect from April 1, 2024, shareholders will be eligible for any payment including dividend, interest or redemption only through electronic mode upon furnishing all required details in entirety.
Required Documentation
The following documents/details must be submitted to KFin Technologies Limited (the RTA):
- PAN (Form ISR-1)
- Postal Address with PIN Code
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Demat account details
- Bank account details
- Signature update in case of change (Form ISR-2 with original cancelled cheque)
- Nomination details (Form SH-13)
- Declaration to opt out nomination (Form ISR-3)
- Change/cancellation in existing nomination (Form SH-14)
Submission Methods
Shareholders may update KYC details through three modes:
1. Through Post/Courier: Hard copies of self-attested documents to KFin Technologies Limited, Selenium, Tower B, Plot Nos. 31 & 32, Gachibowli Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad – 500032
2. Through electronic mode with e-sign: Electronically/digitally signed documents from registered Email Id to einward.ris@kfintech.com
3. Through RTA web-portal: https://ris.kfintech.com
Special Window for Physical Share Transfers
SEBI has opened a special window for one year from February 05, 2026 till February 04, 2027 for re-lodgement of transfer deeds that were lodged prior to the April 01, 2019 deadline and were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in documents/process. After due process, securities shall be issued only in demat mode.
Dematerialization Mandate
SEBI has mandated that transfer of securities shall be processed by the Company's RTA in dematerialized form only. Shareholders are requested to convert physical shares into dematerialized form at the earliest.
