Supreme Court heard Special Leave petitions filed by Bangalore Turf Club Ltd against the Regional Director, Employee State Insurance Corp.
The Court condoned filing delays but refused to entertain the petitions, dismissing them without interfering with the impugned order.
It clarified that the number of persons will be determined by the ESI Court and disposed of any pending applications.
