Bank of Baroda NCLT Intervention Petition Hearing

Bank of Baroda filed an intervention petition under IBC Section 60(5) in an insolvency case.
NCLT Chennai directed the bank to serve the petition on respondent Manjula via email.
The tribunal scheduled the next hearing for the petition on 24th April 2026.
Respondent was given two weeks to file a reply to the intervention petition.
