Assistant General Manager, Bank of Baroda filed a Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court against Ram Chandra Gupta Flour Mills.
On 20 May 2026, the Court heard the petition and allowed the petitioners to withdraw their applications.
The Special Leave Petitions were dismissed as withdrawn, ending the litigation between the bank and the flour mill.
